High-rise Building Design Wind Load Spreadsheet Free Download
This spreadsheet performs a simplified calculation of wind loads for rectangular shaped buildings with flat roofs which conforms to BS 6399 : Part 2 : 1997. These have been obtained by using the Standard Method (Section 2) which is suitable for buildings up to 100m high. The spreadsheet also contains separate sheets for calculating wind pressures on free-standing walls/parapets and external wall panels.
This spreadsheet has been formatted using Arial, Symbol and Tahoma true type fonts. The spreadsheet has been optimized for a screen resolution of 1027x768 HI Color (16 bit) using large fonts.
